13. Ctrl + Z = Undo
Ctrl + Y = Redo
We've all been there – we're working on a project in Excel and we make a mistake. Luckily, there's an undo button! This button allows us to revert our worksheet to the state it was in just before we performed the most recent action.
The undo button is a lifesaver, but it's important to know that it only undoes the most recent action. So, if you make a series of mistakes, you'll need to hit the undo button multiple times to get back to where you started.
The redo button has the opposite effect of undo – it redoes what you've just undone. So, if you accidentally delete something, you can hit the redo button to put it back.
Knowing how to use the undo and redo buttons is a essential skill for anyone who uses Excel regularly. So next time you make a mistake, don't panic – just hit the undo button!
